Bread and Blooms Subscription (FRIDAYS ONLY)

We've partnered up with Feather & Bloom in Suffield to bring you weekly BREAD + BLOOMS.  For 8 weeks, you'll receive your Small State Subscription + a gorgeous arrangement of flowers.  The first week of flowers will come in a hand painted Mason Jar* that you'll keep, and each week after, you'll get a new arrangement to put into your jar! If you live in Suffield, select "Pick Up" at check out and then Feather & Bloom. You'll pick up your order each week at Feather in Bloom on Friday afternoons.  First BREAD + BLOOMS delivery will be December 4.  To add flowers to a current Friday subscription, please email us: SmallStateProvisions@Gmail.com
